Advanced Systems Repair:
Use precision instruments, power tools, and blueprints to maintain and repair complex machinery, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.;
Proactive Maintenance:
Execute complex routine, preventative, and predictive maintenance to minimize unscheduled downtime.;
Complex Diagnostics:
Act as the primary troubleshooter for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fluid dynamic breakdowns.; PLC & Automation:
Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting on automated systems and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).;
Leadership & Mentoring:
Provide hands-on coaching and technical leadership to junior team members; oversee complex projects and escalate only the most critical issues to engineering.
