Maintenance Internship; Summer

Program Duration: Summer 2026 (10 Weeks)
Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour (based on location, experience, and academic level)

Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational projects from day one. Over 10 weeks, you will gain:

As a Maintenance Intern, you will:

• Assist in supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment.

• Help analyze downtime data to identify trends and recommend reliability improvements.

• Participate in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.

• Support documentation updates including maintenance procedures and equipment records.

• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment performance.

• Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.

We’re seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, or industrial equipment preferred.

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

• Ability to work on‑site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
