The JRT agency® is seeking an experienced Social Influencer Marketing/Content Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing automotive-centric social influencers, supporting content curation and posting on an enthusiast website, and assisting with social media content creation. This client-facing position demands strong organizational skills, creativity, sound judgment and a deep passion for digital content creation in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Management: (Approximately 70% of the work week)
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with automotive social influencers
  • Review influencer applications and conduct interviews for brand alignment
  • Develop and implement influencer campaign strategies for optimal brand impact
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Attend occasional events to support influencers
  • Digital Content Management Support: (Approximately 20% of the work week)
  • Assist in curating and posting engaging content on an automotive enthusiast website
  • Maintain content quality and consistency in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital content
  • Social Media Support: (Approximately 10% of the work week)
  • Aid the social media manager in content creation and campaign execution
  • Monitor social media trends and performance metrics for optimization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms
  • Coordinate with account, creative and technical teams for successful campaign execution
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, influencer relations, or content management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital analytics tools and social media scheduling software
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Passion for the automotive industry is a significant plus
