About The Company
A well-established and growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead digital storytelling and social brand presence. The company operates a diversified platform including real estate brokerage, property management, construction, and building services, and is known for a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
Position OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to make a measurable impact by shaping the company’s digital voice and presence. The position is anywhere from part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the potential to be full-time.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and execute a multi-platform social media strategy across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other emerging channels
- Create and schedule engaging visual and written content that communicates the firm’s brand story, business updates, and community involvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company news, property listings, and project highlights
- Track social media performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategy to increase engagement
- Stay informed on current social and digital trends relevant to business and real estate marketing
- Support general marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed
- 2+ years of professional social media management experience (B2B, real estate, or professional services preferred)
- Strong writing, content creation, and visual design skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and content tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of Linked In audience engagement and analytics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Part-time, flexible schedule with growth opportunity into full-time
