• Lead early coordination efforts for motor sport activations and trade show participation.
• Assist with race event coordination and support the team with logistics.

• Support the planning and implementation of key partnership activations such as FSAE, WIMNA etc.
• Assist with marketing related topics including branded goods and team gear.

• Assist with creative design for our different working locations.
• Contribute to global and regional communications, including content production, event, and media relations.
• Support sales team on customer and dealer communication.

• Monitor and track marketing expenditures.
• Organizational / process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations Lead to drive internal and external projects.
• Engage with division wide collaboration to promote team alignment and unity.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a business related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Structured working approach to high quality standards.
• Able to work independently and self-driven person.
• Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop solutions.

• Project Management tool experience (MS Project, Asana, Monday or others is a plus)
• Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
• Copywriting experience is a plus.

• A strong sense of personal accountability with demonstrable comfort in an entrepreneurial environment
• Self-disciplined, attentive to deadlines, and effective at time management
• Excellent communication skills; clearly articulate ideas in a way that resonates with your target audience
• Proficient in Excel and Business Analytics tools
• Adaptable and motivated to engage in new projects, continuous learning, and expand skillsets.
