This role offers flexible visits with competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit. Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to patients in their homes based on individual care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, conditions, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illness, medication administration, and health maintenance.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during visitations.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and University Home Care Inc policies.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous experience in home health nursing or related clinical setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Farmington Hills and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
