University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Farmington Hills and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized healthcare services in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards.

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous home healthcare nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Farmington Hills and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
