12‑hour rotating shifts.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for:

• Using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborating with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up for patients throughout the continuum of care.
• Planning and coordinating care, performing patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Operating within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and related rules.

• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• New grad from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license held in the state where the practice occurs, or multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts on a 14‑week contract, with the option to extend or transition to another Sanford site.

The RN will be paid weekly; the stipend is included in the weekly pay rate. Supplemental benefits for qualifying full‑time and part‑time employees incorporate health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous time‑off. Work/life balance benefits are also provided.
