Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Delivering compassionate nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification (must be current).
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver quality care.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
