Travel CVOR RN First Assistant - $2,479 per week

Job Description & Requirements

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR First Assist for a travel nursing assignment in Allegan, Michigan. The assignment is 13 weeks, starting May 4, 2026, with 36 hours per week scheduled over 4 days (9‑hour shifts). This is a travel position.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, CRNFA
• Experience with CVOR, ambulatory surgery center, acute hospital OR, endoscopic/laparoscopic, and general procedure rooms
• EPIC charting system experience preferred; EPIC experience required
• Valid state nursing license (current or willingness to obtain via Aya licensure project)
• COVID‑19 vaccine required (medical or religious exemption)
• Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemption)
• Must apply for license within 24 hours after offer
• Must live at least 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted
• First‑timers accepted
• Will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby, depending on volume/census
• Module completion (up to 8 hours within 1 week of signing) preferred
• Conduct issues and shift call‑offs may lead to immediate contract termination due to the sensitive nature of the account
