Director of Nursing - Nursing Home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. • Oversee and coordinate all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to promote quality resident care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for residents
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of resident health information
• Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation effectively
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in nursing home care

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing home operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to elder care
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
