Quality Technician | Byron Center, MI
Salary Range: $41,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

TheOpportunity

Key Responsibilities- Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Identifies and quarantines non-conforming materials.
- Assists in the investigation and resolution of quality issues.
- Calibrates and maintains inspection equipment.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to quality.
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
- Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Additional certifications or training
