• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and openness to feedback
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience utilizing retail technology
• Physical capability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, including lifting up to 30 lbs
