Target - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.;
Greet guests and assist with their needs, solving issues and promoting loyalty and store services.;
Scan, bag, and process checkout transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize guest wait time.;
Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and online ordering, and guide guests through enrollment and use of digital features.;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and stock supplies, while following safety policies.
