Description

High-impact, revenue-critical role that is expected to execute on hosting highly visible events to take Healthrise’s market presence to the next level. The Go‑to‑Market and Events Leader owns Healthrise’s event strategy end-to-end—from long‑range planning to executive positioning to measurable pipeline generation. This individual does not simply execute events; they architect influence, orchestrate strategic access, and convert presence into revenue. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Operations and Sales teams to facilitate events that generate actionable connections, results, and next steps to further Healthrise’s market presence.

This role requires commercial instinct, executive presence, operational rigor, and an uncompromising standard of excellence.

What You Will Own Strategic Market Positioning and Events Execution
  • Build and execute a forward‑looking events strategy aligned directly to revenue and growth targets, in alignment with the Operations and Sales teams.
  • Develop event roadmaps 2 to 4 months in advance, mapping target accounts and aligning cross‑functional strategy well before execution.
  • Identify key industry decision‑makers attending each event, assess the dynamics of the expected attendees, and map the connections to appropriately align Healthrise leaders with these industry decision‑makers.
  • Proactively engineer introductions and high‑impact interactions.
  • Ensure Healthrise is visible, relevant, and positioned with authority as the end‑to‑end lead of these events.
Revenue & Pipeline Accountability
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define target accounts and meeting objectives well in advance.
  • Drive structured pre‑planning sessions that clarify goals, meeting strategies, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead disciplined post‑event debriefs with clear ownership and revenue accountability to take action on the connections fostered during these events.
  • Track and report on the impact of each event including MQLs, SQLs, executive meetings, pipeline influenced, and revenue generated.
  • Ensure every event investment produces measurable commercial return. This role owns outcomes and activity.
Executive‑Level Alignment
  • Prepare executives with strategic briefings, attendee intelligence, meeting priorities, and positioning guidance.
  • Deliver concise post‑event summaries with next steps and accountability.
  • Maintain C‑suite communication standards (clear, direct, precise writing, timely follow‑up, and zero ambiguity).
  • Coordinate thought leadership, speaking engagements, and brand representation at the highest level.
Operational Excellence
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of conferences, executive round tables, hosted experiences, webinars, and various sponsorship activations.
  • Manage and optimize budgets with disciplined financial oversight.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts with commercial rigor.
  • Oversee booth design, logistics, collateral, and on‑site execution with flawless attention to detail.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Serve as a confidant and credible Healthrise ambassador.
Industry Relationship Building
  • Cultivate relationships with event organizers, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Expand Healthrise’s influence within key healthcare revenue cycle communities.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation goals to maximize integrated campaign impact.
Operational & Technical Expertise
  • Maintain disciplined CRM tracking, lead capture, attribution, and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration of event leads into Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop detailed run‑of‑show documentation and execution plans.
  • Deliver comprehensive ROI analysis tied directly to revenue impact.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B event marketing experience; healthcare or healthcare technology strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline and measurable revenue from events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high‑stakes initiatives simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Strong financial discipline and vendor negotiation capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Executive‑level written and verbal communication.
  • High ownership mentality and performance orientation.
  • Willingness to travel.
Who Thrives In This Role
  • Strategic operators who think commercially, not transactionally.
  • Leaders who anticipate, plan, and execute with precision.
  • Individuals who are meticulous yet decisive.
  • Experienced professionals proficient at influencing executives and navigating senior‑level dynamics.
  • Results‑driven performers who take accountability for pipeline impact.
  • Highly organized, process‑driven, and relentlessly detail‑oriented.

This is a role for someone who wants to own market presence, shape executive conversations, and tie events and on‑site activations directly to revenue growth.
