Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Southfield, MI, for a Sales and New Business Development Associate. In this role, the associate will focus on identifying growth opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and managing a pipeline of leads. Responsibilities include building relationships with prospects, supporting the sales process, developing proposals, and working collaboratively with internal teams to align business strategies.
The role involves a proactive approach to meeting sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service and fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating proposals and in-person communication
- Knowledge of the facility management industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
