RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer inbound calls and engage customers to identify insurance needs & sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates and educate customers on additional products that may better fit their needs.
- Proactively follow up on quotes, service requests, and leads to help convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Communication and customer skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
$45,000-$65,000 - includes salary + commissions & bonuses
