We are hiring a Master Painter / Field Supervisor to lead commercial paint and drywall work across our portfolio of properties.
You Are- A seasoned professional with 10+ years of commercial painting experience, including supervision of crews and coordination with GCs and other trades.
- Highly skilled in drywall finishing standards (Level 4–5), surface prep, product/system selection, and achieving consistent, high‑end results.
- Comfortable running multiple jobs, planning manpower and materials, and keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
- Strong on communication: you can talk with tenants, property managers, and owners professionally and resolve issues in real time.
- Organized, safety‑minded, and able to train and mentor less‑experienced painters and drywall finishers.
- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial paint and drywall projects (TI, renovations, repaints, and repairs).
- Review scopes, drawings, and specs; plan sequence of work, labor needs, and material orders.
- Ensure quality control: prep, finish standards, color accuracy, and punch‑list completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and building staff to minimize disruption in occupied spaces.
- Enforce safety policies and jobsite cleanliness, conduct toolbox talks, and document daily progress.
- Help with field estimating: walk jobs, identify conditions, and provide input on production rates and durations.
- 10+ years of commercial painting; strong drywall repair/finishing background preferred.
- Prior experience as a lead, foreman, or supervisor.
- Ability to read plans and specs and use basic technololgy (email, photos, simple apps) for reporting.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to move between sites as needed.
