Artificial Intelligence Strategy Intern

Job Description

During this internship, you will help develop and establish the artificial intelligence strategy and roadmap in our division. A few of your key responsibilities include:

• Work with team members to understand the nature of tasks performed in the group and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement with AI tools
• Develop AI tools based on existing LLMs within the Bosch framework
• Present regular updates to the management on strategy and development of models
• Train team members on usage of AI tools
• Perform various follow‑up and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Ph.D. or Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Strong experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields.
• Hands‑on experience on large language models, including training, fine‑tuning, and prompting.
• Hands‑on experience on state‑of‑the‑art NLP / AI libraries and toolkits
• Good communication and team‑working skills
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to commit to a minimum 1-year internship period

This internship will be onsite in Farmington Hills, MI.
