Senior Quadient Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quadient Developer with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire to design, develop, and maintain enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in document composition, workflow automation, template development, and integration with enterprise applications to deliver high‑quality customer communications across multiple channels.

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Automation, and Scaler
  .
• Create and enhance dynamic templates, forms, letters, statements, invoices, and customer correspondence.
• Develop and optimize data mapping, business rules, and document generation processes.
• Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Quadient applications.
• Ensure document formatting, branding, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices.
• Support production deployments and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing and defect resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on Quadient implementations.

• 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of hands‑on Quadient Inspire development

• Strong expertise in:
• Experience in document composition and customer communication management (CCM).
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience integrating Quadient with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of document workflows, print streams, PDF generation, and multichannel delivery.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
