Test Engineer

• Work with the latest vehicle technologies to test the end‑to‑end in‑vehicle features and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure test suites reflect the most up‑to‑date feature design requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Execute automated and manual tests to identify software defects and ensure quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability aspects.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and recommend improvements to testing processes.
• Deliver effective verification metrics for responsible feature(s) and raise timely awareness of critical issues.
• Take ownership of feature defect creation, management, and resolution with clear and consistent engineering and communication practices.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, commonly used in test automation.
• Understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies and tools in the testing domain.
• 0‑2 years of experience in design verification, including developing and managing test assets (test plans, test cases, automated and manual test scripts).
• 0‑2 years of experience with programming languages such as Python or C++ in test automation.
• 0‑2 years of experience with software testing concepts and methodologies, and writing test cases.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
