The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, be a problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills, and possess a forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented mindset. They should also be able to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly.

• Magnolia (At least 3 years of recent experience)
