We are seeking a hands‑on Lead AI Software Engineer to design and build backend services, APIs, and governance components that support agentic AI systems. This position focuses on defining enforcement patterns, validation frameworks, and guardrails that ensure AI-enabled applications behave securely and predictably across distributed architectures.

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs supporting AI‑driven workflows.
• Define enforcement, validation, and filtering mechanisms across multiple services.
• Build shared platform components and cross‑service governance controls.
• Improve observability through structured logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
• Establish interface contracts and architectural standards adopted across engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers on defensive programming, failure handling, and secure design practices.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to drive platform consistency and reliability.
