What You'll DoAs a System Analyst/Programmer, you will:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the Credit Union.
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain applications and software solutions.
- Write, review, and modify code while ensuring applications are secure, reliable, and efficient.
- Analyze workflows and evaluate the impact of system changes, upgrades, and integrations.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to support applications and technology initiatives.
- Coordinate and support system configurations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and releases.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation of system changes.
- Maintain technical documentation and help ensure the security and integrity of Credit Union systems and data.

We're looking for a candidate with strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field or five years of directly related experience as a System Analyst, Programmer, or similar role.
- Experience with application development, programming, systems analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus
