Acro is seeking a hands‑on Technical Solutions Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and modernization of business applications and enterprise systems. This role is ideal for an experienced software developer who enjoys solving complex problems and is ready to expand beyond coding into solution analysis, business engagement, and technical coordination.
The Technical Solutions Analyst will work directly with business stakeholders and distributed development teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot application and data issues, recommend practical solutions, and drive enhancements and projects through successful delivery. The role requires strong hands‑on development and SQL skills, with the ability to analyze, debug, and modify existing applications when needed
The successful candidate will be a resourceful, curious, and independent problem solver who can quickly learn unfamiliar systems, think critically under pressure, communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to offshore development resources
Key Responsibilities Application Development, Support & Problem Solving- Develop, enhance, maintain, and support business applications, ERP systems, integrations, and custom software solutions.
- Analyze, debug, and modify application code, SQL/database objects, integrations, and system configurations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Investigate production and application issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement or coordinate effective resolutions.
- Work directly with business users to understand problems, analyze business and technical requirements, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support system upgrades, deployments, production incidents, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to application reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day technical activities between business stakeholders, offshore development teams, vendors, and internal resources.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable work items and provide clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to offshore development resources, including reviewing technical approaches and helping troubleshoot complex issues.
