Warehouse Associate - HVAC & Plumbing

Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a fast growing contractor in Southeast Michigan looking to add talented and driven individuals to our team. We are a Family owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our busy HVAC and plumbing company. This role is a vital part of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Your work will ensure our team has the right materials for every job and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You may also need to drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites.

• Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.
• Pull materials for specific orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
• Drive company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to job sites as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
