Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a fast growing contractor in Southeast Michigan looking to add talented and driven individuals to our team. We are a Family owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our busy HVAC and plumbing company. If you're a hardworking individual who thrives in a team environment, values efficiency, and is willing to be flexible, we want to hear from you.
This role is a vital part of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Your work will ensure our team has the right materials for every job and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You may also need to drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.
- Pull materials for specific orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Drive company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to job sites as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
