iHawl is a complete civil sitework contractor handling full mass grading and site development with precision and pride. We’re hiring a Dirt Work Foreman to lead crews through mass excavation, grading, and site prep safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Supervise mass excavation, grading, and cut/fill operations.
- Set grade, read plans, and ensure job site safety compliance.
- Coordinate Operators and Laborers for production flow.
- Maintain clean sites, accurate grades, and safe work zones.
- 5+ years dirt work or earthwork construction experience; 2+ years in leadership.
- Skilled in reading plans, setting laser/GPS grades, and crew coordination.
- Strong communication and people-first leadership.
- Consistent work with top GCs and developers.
- Advancement path to Superintendent.
- Competitive pay, allowance, and overtime potential.
