General Special Education - Location: Farmington, Arkansas
- Provide a free appropriate public education to preschool students by managing a caseload.
- Travel and provide services in a variety of locations throughout NWA to serve students aged 3 through 5.
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ eligibility for speech‑language services using Arkansas Department of Education guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and detailed documentation on student services.
- Write evaluation reports and due‑process documentation as required by state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with other professionals to support student success.
- Multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be a citizen, legal resident, or hold a valid work visa.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Arkansas Department of Education license for early childhood special education required, or willingness to obtain an ALP.
- Dependable, organized, and skilled in time management.
- Knowledge of special education assessments and due‑process procedures.
- Awareness of developmentally appropriate skills for ages 3 through 5.
- Ability to collaborate with other professionals.
