K-TEC Pan Operator

K-Tec Pan Operator who knows how to move mass dirt efficiently, safely, and to grade.

This role is for operators who understand production, ground conditions, and teamwork — not seat-warmers.

• Operate K-Tec scrapers/pans to move mass quantities of dirt efficiently.
• Perform cut/fill operations per plans, stakes, and grade requirements.
• Work in tandem with dozers, excavators, and support equipment.
• Read site conditions and adjust loading, haul, and dump techniques accordingly.
• Maintain production while prioritizing safety and equipment care.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all site safety protocols, MSHA/OSHA requirements, and company standards.

• 3+ years of experience
  operating K-Tec pans or similar scraper equipment.
• Proven experience in
  mass grading, earthmoving, and dirt balancing
  .
• Strong understanding of grades, slopes, and production flow.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, production-driven environments.
• OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred.
• MSHA experience or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
