We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. If you are organized, good with numbers, and looking for a stable office role within a respected family business, we want to hear from you.

• Accounts Payable (Money Out):
  Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and verify documentation. Build relationships with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable (Money In):
  Process customer invoices, monitor aging reports, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• The Books:
  Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting, maintain accurate transaction records, and file documentation.
• The Team:
  Collaborate with operations to ensure billing matches materials delivered.

• The
  
  Experience:
  
  2+ years of bookkeeping experience, specifically handling AR/AP functions.
• The Software:
  Proficiency with accounting software is required (Quick Books experience is a major plus).
• The Industry: Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or Landscape Supply is preferred.
• The
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail.
• The
  
  Education:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, but experience counts.

$20.00 – $26.00 per hour
