Description
Key Responsibilities- Financial Oversight: Manage general ledger, consolidations, monthly/quarterly/annual closes for multiple entities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and cash flow forecasting across all entities.
- Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal controls, safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance.
- Audit Coordination: Manage external audits and liaison with auditors and tax advisors.
- System Implementation: Oversee and implement accounting software/ERP systems for efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory requirements for all entities.
- A/P- Bill processing, Company uses and the multi-entity controller is responsible for proper coding and timely payment of all invoices
- Education: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA often preferred).
- Experience: 5-10+ years in accounting, with leadership and multi-location/entity experience.
- Skills: GAAP expertise, ERP proficiency (e.g., Dynamics, Net Suite), analytical thinking, strategic leadership, communication.
