We're looking for a Tax Accountant to join a leading healthcare organization in Farmington, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who enjoy working with financial data, tax documentation, and compliance in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:- Assist the tax team with daily tax-related activities and reporting
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tax documents, reports, and financial records
- Support tax compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- Analyze financial data and help resolve tax-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to support department goals
- Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or an Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in accounting, tax, or financial operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
