Senior Analyst, Payroll

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
• Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
• Document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
• Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required.

• A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing
• Understanding of expatriate payroll administration
• Experience with ADP Global view or ADP Ev5
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
• Self‑starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution
• Proficiency in excel
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
