What You'll Be Doing Executive Support- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, client calls, and strategic planning sessions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Process executive expense reports through Concur.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for senior leadership.
- Support multiple business initiatives from kickoff through completion.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder responsibilities using Asana.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
- Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and operational projects.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
- Coordinate communications and meeting logistics across departments.
- Manage follow-up items to ensure commitments are completed efficiently.
- Build strong relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and clients
- Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Professional, polished, and confident
- Interested in building a long-term career in business operations, project management, or executive support
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or high-level professionals
- Strong project coordination or project management experience
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience utilizing Asana or similar project management platforms
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
