Overview Otis Elevator Company is seeking highly motivated Field Operations Trainees for a Summer 2026 start date. Trainees will be trained and developed in various operations departments, including New Equipment, Modernization, and/or Service, to prepare for a field operations role in a branch office. This is an entry-level, salaried position with strong benefits.

• Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved
• Maintaining customer quality assurance with emphasis on safety and managing the expenditure of labor and materials
• Improving efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates
• Managing labor and material investments within budget

• Bachelor’s Degree required or currently pursuing degree, which must be awarded prior to the start date in Summer 2026;
  Construction management majors are preferred

• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Self-motivated with ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$85,000. Pay within the range will be based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs. The range may change in the future.
