The Summer Camp Counselor (Program Aide) receives oral and written directions from the Summer Camp Director and/or Summer Camp Assistant Director who reviews work in progress. The Summer Camp Counselor (Program Aide) facilitates the day-to-day operations of Summer Camp including but not limited to Camp Check-In/Check-Out process, free play, supervision of lunch and assists in coordinating and supervision of on-site activities and off-site field trips as directed.

The Summer Camp Counselor (Program Aide) reports tasks accomplished to Summer Camp Director, Summer Camp Assistant Director, and/or Recreation Coordinator in written or oral form. The Summer Camp Counselor (Program Aide) shall perform other duties as required.

The skills and knowledge required for the position would be acquired while attending high school and/or college. A qualified applicant must have completed their first year in high school and be a minimum of Age 14 as of June 22, 2026.
