Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at a premier manufacturing client in Farmington, CT. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (3 onsite/2 remote) and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, process quotes and orders, and use CRM tools. The job requires prior customer service experience, strong communication, and familiarity with SAP or other CRM systems.
