• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology.
• Develop project plans, manage teams, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturability.
• Monitor quality standards and drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate fixture design and implement standardized procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering or associate's degree with related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
• Leadership skills and proven organizational abilities.

• TRUMPF product familiarity.
• SYNCHRO or lean manufacturing experience.
• Fixture design knowledge.
