Project Engineer, Lean Specialist

Project Engineer will drive continuous improvement and innovation in TRUMPF's production operations. You will develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes, lead cross-functional projects, and introduce new products to production.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology

* Develop project plans, manage teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

* Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturability

* Monitor quality standards and drive operational excellence

* Coordinate fixture design and implement standardized procedures

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering or Associates with related work experience

* Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes

* Ability to manage multiple complex projects

* Proficiency with MS Office and SAP

* Leadership skills and proven organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* TRUMPF product familiarity

* SYNCHRO or lean manufacturing experience

* Fixture design knowledge
