Senior Analyst, Payroll – Mobility Payroll and Tax Team. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of U.S. expatriate payrolls. Hybrid role; eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids, IA;
Dallas, TX;
Tucson, AZ;
Farmington/Hartford, CT.
- Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
- Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
- Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an Advanced degree and equivalent experience.
- Understanding of expatriate payroll administration.
- Experience with ADP Global view or ADP Ev5.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
- Self‑starter able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative cross‑functional team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
