Senior Analyst, Tax

Position Overview

Senior Analyst, Tax – Global Mobility Payroll and Tax Team at RTX Corporation.

Hybrid role based in Farmington, CT. Candidates must be within commuting distance of the office and willing to work onsite as required.

• Process expatriate tax services for international assignments.
• Accurately and promptly handle tax payment and collections from assignees.
• Deliver year‑end tax data to the payroll team and tax provider.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external tax providers.
• Respond to employee tax inquiries with a high level of service.
• Support tax‑related projects and initiatives as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant tax experience (payment and collections).
• Knowledge of global mobility tax administration and individual tax.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Self‑starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, including extended or flexible hours.

• Understanding of global mobility tax administration.
• Experience with global mobility individual tax.

• Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
