ResponsibilitiesManagement of both EVMS and LOE contracts, analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, establishing an initial baseline for new awards, monthly forecasting including tracking variances, interfacing with Cost Account Managers, support of Government audits, and ensuring compliance with EAC policies. This program offers a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with the Customer on an ongoing basis.
What You Will Do- Excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, able to work on a range of tasks and interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts.
- Professional and effective communication skills required due to frequent interaction with program, product line, and functional leadership.
- Opportunity to enhance skills in PRISM, estimates at completion, variance analysis, and other metrics and tools used in support of production.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
- Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast‑paced environment.
- Experience preparing contractual IPMR requirements for contractual EVMS programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customer.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience training finance team members in tools and processes.
- Understanding of AOP and long‑range planning, program forecasting, and metrics.
