RTX Corporation is seeking a Principal Specialist, Payroll to join the Mobility Payroll and Tax Team. This hybrid role requires employees to work both onsite and offsite, with onsite time varying in partnership with your leader.
Key Responsibilities- Process U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
- Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for expatriate payroll processes.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to support payroll‑related projects and initiatives.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing.
- In‑depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration.
- At least 2 years of experience with ADP Global View or ADP Ev5.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
- Self‑starter who works effectively in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative cross‑functional team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
