Webster Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I to serve Banking Center customers, support the team in achieving sales, service and operation goals, and help deepen client relationships.
You will respond to customer needs, perform routine teller transactions, promote a full range of financial products, and maintain compliance with bank policies to drive branch growth. Requires 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales;
High School diploma or GED; BA/BS or Associate preferred.
