Cash & Treasury Coordinator (Temporary)

Farmington, CT (on-site) $30-45/hr, based on experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in cash or treasury operations, including cash handling, bank account activities, reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in bank websites/portals or treasury management systems required.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Cash & Treasury Coordinator to support daily cash operations, banking activities, and treasury‑related administrative functions. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with 2+ years of experience in hands‑on cash management, bank account support, reconciliations, and general accounting administration.

• Handle daily cash operations, including receiving, tracking, and processing cash collections.
• Support vault operations by receiving cash bags, maintaining logs, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate armored carrier activity, including Brinks pickups and cash processing procedures.
• Process remote deposits for checks and other payment activity.
• Assist with bank account management, reconciliations, and research of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and database information related to treasury activities.
• Provide administrative support for cash management processes, reporting, and other treasury functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
