• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and overall hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide professional advice, and ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with all health regulations while ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.

• Strong understanding of color and nail structure.
• Proficiency in applying gel manicures, hard gel nails, nail extensions, and performing pedicures.
• Knowledge of salon safety protocols including sanitation, disinfection procedures, and general hygiene practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to promote products effectively while achieving sales goals.
