Deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for luxury beauty brands in Nordstrom's Beauty Department. This interim position is expected to run through the end of December 2026.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using available selling tools.
- Book appointments, support Beauty events and services, and build customer loyalty.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and help customers enroll in Nordstrom Rewards.
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
