Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending products from luxury beauty brands. Build customer loyalty and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, then recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
- Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, text, and social media.
- Book appointments, support beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, work collaboratively, and pursue sales goals.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
