The analyst ensures billing compliance and accurate charge capture through education, auditing, monitoring of regulatory and coding changes, and analysis of charge-related metrics, with a focus on minimizing revenue leakage and supporting compliant reimbursement.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Revenue Integrity experience
• Epic experience required
• Coding certification required: CPC or CCS
• Strong understanding of hospital coding and charge capture workflows
• Understanding of CMS regulations- for multiple service lines (below)
• Multi-specialty charting experience
- Cardiology, radiation oncology, diagnostic radiology
• Working experience with servicing physician queries and creating action plans from denial reports
