    Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location:

    Outpatient imaging center, Farmington, CT

Responsibilities

The Business Office Team collaborates with the Imaging Center to provide excellent patient care and support operational goals. Key duties include welcoming patients, registering them, coordinating appointments, managing phone correspondence, handling inventory, and overseeing medical record management. Higher levels involve training, supervising, and managing Business Office staff to maintain a high‑functioning, customer‑friendly outpatient imaging center.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
